First Update!

Hi! Welcome to the first update to the game!

In this one we:
-Added resolutions!
-Added Fullscreen control!
-Added Quality!
-Added a Fast Foward Button which doubles as a Slow Down Button!
-Changed the sprite of a few UI elements!

The bug Fixes:
-Game screen now changes size to acomodate Window sizes!
-The buttons won't go all over the place anymore (I hope)!
